The Aeffe Group, a multi-national company in the fashion and luxury sector, is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear, leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections through the proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".

For our Alberta Ferretti/Moschino store in Designer Outlet Centre - Roermond, we are looking for a Store Manager. Reporting to the Retail Manager, the resource will be responsible for achieving sales targets, through an efficient Team management, providing an excellent service and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience.
He/she will manage the Team, the business operations, and he/she will improve commercial performance through a deepened knowledge of our product.
The Store Manager will work as a “Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.

Key Requirements:

At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an Outlet.
Leadership skills, assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team management, organizational capabilities and strong managerial skills.
Flexibility and problem solving ability.
Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.
Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.
Fluent in Dutch and English. The knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
