Stock Manager - Moschino

The Aeffe Group, a multi-national company in the fashion and luxury sector, is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear, leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections through the proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".

For our Moschino store in Rome, we are looking for a Stock Manager.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the resource will be responsible for organizing the stock, monitoring the stock levels and ensuring the backroom is effectively managed (operational tasks: transferring, stock arrangement, product receiving, inventory, back office support).
He/she will support the online sales (especially Farfetch) managing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all stock operations, including receiving, storing and organizing merchandise;
Manage deliveries and returns in a timely and efficient manner;
Cooperate with the sales Team to ensure products are readily available on the shop floor;
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks;
Identify and report discrepancies or stock issues.

Requirements:

Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years) in a similar role.
Stock control, problem solving ability and attention to detail.
Flexibility, precision and strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite.
Fluent in English.

Hours: full time.
Location: Roma, via del Babuino 16.
