The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections both with proprietary brands, including "Alberta Ferretti", "Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini", "Moschino" and "Pollini", both with brands for which it is the licensee.

Position: Press Office Coordinator – Moschino

He/she will be based in Moschino’s Milan HQ, reporting to the Head of PR & Communication Europe, ultimately reporting to the Global Head of Communication.
The resource will have accountability for monitoring and collaborating with the best selection of international press and industry leaders.
The decisive goal of this position is to become a team player with strong capability of reaching and engaging the Moschino target audience and effectively represent this new chapter for the brand in terms of image and product offering to ultimately generate brand and business growth.

Main responsibilities:
  • Compile action plans under the supervision of the Head of PR and pitch editorial stories to key press for all new products especially key accessories, new openings and VIP dressing to generate the best editorial coverage per launch. Handle all press enquiries providing stories, information and images to all media with speed and efficiency.
  • Support the Head of PR on coordination and logistics of all corporate activities (exhibitions, special projects, press and KOL trips).
  • Manage and share all the communication assets to the international PR teams (press releases, images, guidelines) coordinating the development of all the communication projects and specific requests.
  • Manage the press and celebrity database, maintaining as appropriate, ensuring it remains live and up to date with all key information and contacts.
  • Monitor all press on a daily basis, oversee scanning and distribution of all press coverage and VIP dressing alerts to be communicated to internal teams and stakeholders. Monitor key competitors and produce regular reports for internal.
  • Ensure all editorials are archived and ensure hard copies of all coverage is stored.
  • Develop and nurture important relationships with all style press, fashion editors, stylists, publicists and talents.
  • Develop good understanding of international media across print, on-line digital areas and social media channels.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of seasonal fashion shows during Milano Fashion week, with key press (ticket approval, seating process & coordination), photographer/backstage/FOH passes, interview schedules with Creative Director, re-see showroom appointments, monitor press reviews, post-show assets sharing to press and PR team, feed entertainment press and follow up reports.
  • Organize press day in the Milan and Paris showroom and support within house events working closely with the events team and production (invitation coordination, samples inventory, visual management).
  • Work closely with international PR agencies, sharing all relevant communication tools, PR priorities and strategy across categories ensuring editorial coverage is achieved.

Key requirements:
  • 2+ years experience working in PR with a focus on Fashion & Luxury and with a trusted network of external industry contacts.
  • Understanding of DMR and Launchmetrics platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube and other social media platforms.
  • Experience working with presentation tools.
  • Experience writing press releases, product texts and newsletters.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture and to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on profile with strong organizational skills, capable of influencing and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Highly energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about the Fashion & luxury industry
  • Fluent in Italian and English. French is a plus.
